Weihrauch is proud to be celebrating their 125-year family tradition in 2024. Hermann Weihrauch laid the cornerstone in Zella St. Blasii in 1899, quickly establishing a name for himself with high-quality hunting rifles and expanding the company. Over the decades, the product range expanded to include bicycle parts and door closers. After a fresh start in Mellrichstadt in 1948, bicycle parts were initially manufactured again, soon followed by air guns and small-bore repeaters. Today, their products are in demand worldwide, with "Made in Germany" quality as their top priority.

To celebrate their 125th anniversary, they are offering a special limited edition HW100TK model. This edition honors their first air rifle, renowned for its use in sport and hobby shooting. The HW100 Thumbhole is very handy and compact, featuring a short thumbhole stock with a cheekpiece, elegant red/black laminate, and lateral finger grooves in the ambidextrous forearm.

The latest iteration of Weihrauch's inaugural PCP rifle now boasts several features tailored to meet the demands of US shooters. The most prominent addition is the integrated moderator, which significantly reduces the muzzle noise to a mere "puff." Another notable enhancement is the quick fill capability on the air cylinder, complemented by a built-in pressure gauge located at the front of the air tube. This means that, instead of detaching the air tube for refilling, shooters can simply insert a fill probe into the cylinder and recharge using their fill device, with the internal pressure easily monitored via a color-coded gauge. These upgrades enhance the already highly accurate HW100 beyond its previous versions.

Furthermore, the HW100 features a match-grade sporting trigger, renowned for its predictability and crispness, with two-stage adjustments. It also has a silky-smooth side lever bolt that offers both convenience and ease of use. The rifle is paired with a robust synthetic stock that not only looks great but also feels comfortable, making it suitable for both sporting and target shooting. To complete the package, the rifle includes a magazine-fed repeating mechanism with a single-shot option, ensuring this high-quality German-made air rifle stands out in its class.
